What Data May Be Deleted
If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or email, Easy Itinerary may store basic account information such as your email address and provider user ID. Easy Itinerary may also store generated or saved itineraries linked to your account.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@easy-itinerary.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used to sign in and the OAuth provider used, if known: Google, Microsoft, or Facebook.
- Include any itinerary links you want removed, if applicable.
What to Expect
Deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. We may need enough information to identify the account or itinerary records connected to your request.
Public shared itinerary links may remain accessible until the related itinerary data is removed. Removing account or trip data may limit your ability to access saved trips.
